Chris Williamson, former Labour MP for Derby North, Corbyn supporter and anti-Semite extraordinaire, just made this bizarre retweet of an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory:
Now when some lefty loony on Twitter brings up the Rothschilds, you know it’s something bad. But Williamson, who is either an ignoramus or an anti-Semite who knows exactly what he is doing, happily retweeted it.
To think that as a member of the IMT, I along with my comrades defended this man as a principled standard-bearer of the left. Online, you can find plenty of articles of the IMT defending him, and lambasting all criticism of him as ‘Blairite smears’. Turns out he is actually an anti-Semite, and the IMT was happy to stand by him. Thank goodness I am no longer a member of that disgusting, anti-Semitic cult.
