The Socialist Equality Party, the American Trotskyist cult that was formerly the American branch of Gerry Healy’s organisation, has come out in defence of the anti-Semitic Bristol Professor David Miller. I cannot find an official statement on the issue by the IMT, SP or SWP, though I did find a statement from one of the SWP’s many university front groups which appears to defend him. This Leninist loon (who has ties to the SWP) has been exposed for making anti-Semitic conspiracy theories about Israel and Zionism in his lectures, and accused Jewish students on campus of being pawns of Israel. Shamefully, the University of Bristol has refused to sack him, despite an outcry.
Trotskyism and anti-Semitism go hand in hand, as any rational person can see.
