Socialism is when the entire population is the property of the state. Socialism is Venezuela. Socialism is when the entire population is starving for lack of access to basic necessities because of the government’s economic mismanagement. Socialism is when you are constantly reminded that the individual is worthless and that the collective is everything. Socialism is cancel culture. Socialism is wokeness. Socialism is when you get all your opinions from angry mobs on social media. Socialism is when you are subjected to trial by social media in lieu of actual criminal justice. Socialism is envy and vengeance dressed up as ‘justice’. Socialism is when you kill an entire family of innocent children because they have royal blood, and justify it as an ’emergency procedure’ due to an ongoing civil conflict. Socialism is when the whole of society is deluged in an ocean of lies, so that no one can tell truth from falsehood anymore. Socialism is when compulsive lying becomes a state of being. It is when the party leaders lie about everything, all the time, even things they have no need to lie about, because they are so used to lying as a way of life.
Socialism is when art and culture are seen as less importance than the ‘productive forces’ and impersonal, socio-economic developments are seen as more vital to history than Great Men. Socialism is when, in the name of ‘party discipline’, you tell people what they are allowed to think, read, feel and say. Socialism is when you apply bullying and ostracism against anyone who is different and anyone who doesn’t fit in. Socialism is when every noble, healthy, life-affirming human feeling and instinct – pride, ambition, initiative – is denounced as ‘bourgeois’ in favour of socialist virtues like mindless obedience and blind faith in the wise leaders and in the so-called ‘dialectic’ of history. Socialism is when you set men against women, workers against bosses, blacks against whites, in an incessant orgy of division, so as to bring about complete social cataclysm and the end of civilisation.
Socialism is when you rail against power and oppression, yet impose the most monstrous oppression and tyranny the moment you yourself attain power. Socialism is when you corrupt the youth, the most ignorant, the most naive, the most vulnerable in society, and teach them hatred, lies and murder. Socialism is when you teach people that monsters like Lenin and Trotsky were greater men and better thinkers and writers than Shakespeare, Goethe, Dostoevsky and Nietzsche. Socialism is when you force your members to read the worthless trash produced by socialist ‘theoreticians’ in the most revolting, unedifying, cliché-ridden prose, whilst they neglect the works of Homer, Dante, Dickens and Nabokov. Socialism is when you cover up rape, sexual assault and pedophilia because the perpetrators are useful foot-soldiers of revolution. Socialism is when the most intelligent, thoughtful, useful members of society are killed, exiled or imprisoned because they refuse to bend the knee before tyranny. Socialism is when millions of your own population are either slaughtered or sent into exile because of the ruinous tyranny you have imposed upon them. Socialism is when you promote the lie of equality over the necessity of rank, order and hierarchy in social life. Socialism is when you preach that the most ignorant and incapable in society are somehow able to run society for themselves in their own interests, and stir them up to murder and revenge.
Socialism is when there is complete control by the party over the information that its members may have access to. Socialism is when you are banned from having ‘unauthorised’ private conversations with other people in your organisation because it is considered a threat to the leadership. Socialism is when healthy, life-affirming music from great composers like Mahler and Beethoven is neglected in favour of ‘Solidarity Forever’ and other loathsome socialist anthems of hatred and class war and mindless collectivism. Socialism is when the most mediocre, most conformist, most unthinking individuals are promoted to positions of leadership, and those who question and think for themselves are unceremoniously thrown out. Socialism is when people with no meaningful life experience and an extreme narrowness of reading think they are the smartest people on Planet Earth because they have read Das Kapital forty times over and can quote all sorts of great socialist thinkers by heart.
Socialism is when you build ugly, modernist architecture in place of beautiful buildings. Socialism is when you have a gerontocracy of bureaucrats governing over your country in perpetuity. Socialism is when the population has lapsed into a state of passivity and apathy because they no there is no hope of positive change. Socialism is when everyone retreats into their shell because social life has become so false and shallow and every other person might be an informer. Socialism is when minority groups are subjected to monstrous persecution because they don’t fit in with the homogenising ‘norm’ that every socialist regime wishes to impose on its population. Socialism is when all the wonderful diversity inherent in the human personality is seen as dangerous and reactionary and an obstacle to human progress. Socialism is when any deviation from what is imposed as ‘correct’ is ruthlessly punished with an Old Testament fervour. Socialism is gulags, purges and famine. Socialism is civil war and crowd violence. Socialism is the greed of the masses unleashed upon society. Socialism is when genius is rebuked, and everything that is ugly and sordid is celebrated.
Socialism is when you are sad all the time. Socialism is when you are continuously betrayed by all those who you called ‘comrades’ and are subjected to continuous slander, interrogation and accusations of not being socialist enough. Socialism is when you must spend hours of your life outside of work queuing for rations. Socialism is when you have to go along with every fit of collective madness that enters into your society for fear that if you are the odd one out, you will die. Socialism is when you have to sing the praises of the party leaders non-stop for fear of appearing disloyal. Socialism is when you are forced to publicly keep up the appearance of optimism at all times, even though pessimism is more appropriate. Socialism is when there is no fun or colour in life and no hope for the future. Socialism is when you are reduced to a state of perpetual self-loathing.
Socialism is when there is no free discussion of anything, but everyone simply takes turns to agree with what has already been decided. Socialism is when you secretly dissent but keep your thoughts to yourselves because you don’t want to be expelled from the party or die in a gulag. Socialism is when you loudly and publicly proclaim your assent with the ‘party line’ whilst inside you are screaming with fury because you know it is utter stupidity, but you have to lie to save your skin. Socialism is when you make a big show of being a big, tough, macho revolutionary, but deep down you dread the thought of having to lie or kill for something you know is probably an illusion. Socialism is when you have to appear completely certain of the socialist future, but secretly you have serious doubts.
Socialism is when you condemn books you have not read, people you have not met and ideas you cannot understand, all because your comrades tell you to. Socialism is when you celebrate every setback for your civilisation at the hands of its enemies because it paves the way for socialist revolution (you think). Socialism when you join hands with the enemies of your own lands and welcome in the barbarians who wish to destroy it. Socialism is when you ally yourself with a fundamentalist, reactionary religious tradition because you see them as useful in the battle with liberal democracy, only for them to discard you and kill you all once you have outlived your usefulness. Socialism is when you spread conspiracy theories and outright lies in order to confuse people about the truth of what is happening in the world. Socialism is when you support the invasion of an innocent country and accuse the country that is being invaded of being ‘imperialist’. Socialism is when you completely invert truth and falsehood for political reasons. Socialism is when you exploit people’s talent and potential to build your sect and repress their individual personalities and retard their growth. Socialism is when you call for one country in the Middle East alone to be destroyed and all its people to be slaughtered, simply because it is an ally of the West, despite there being far worse countries on the planet, all due to anti-Semitism and envy.
